Welcome to the
Our OPEN DAY
We held our annual Spring Open Day Sat May5th,and it was well attended,with nearly 50 visitors turning up. Cliff Brewer masterminded the event and there were lots of activities and prizes to be won. As always the ball machine proved popular. The LTA Fun Factory was also a hit as were the Learn to Serve clinics. We gained half a dozen new adult members and 1 junior with several others taking away the appliction forms that allow them to waive the entry fee if they join within 2 weeks. Lots of coaching course forms were also given out.
The day ended with an American Tournament for members.Ollie Tombs and Hilary Baker were runners up to Dave Meek and Denise Morris.
A great day was had by all. Thanks to all BTC members who helped on the day and a special thanks to all the juniors who worked hard all day.
